He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie; his son Matthew; his parents, Otella Smith and Ben Smith; and his sister Sharon Capps.
He is survived by: his son Curtis Smith; his cousins, Tracy Smith (Alice) and Gracie Rice (Tim); his sisters-in-law, Wanda Mosley and Robin Bruggeman; and his friend Charles Lovett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
