He was predeceased by: his parents, George Campbell and Evelyn Campbell (Rush); his wife Carol Campbell (Carpenter); and his siblings, William Roger Campbell, James Campbell, Jerry Campbell (Karen), Nelly Ruth Andrews (Larry) and Charlotte Price (Steve).
He is survived by: his children, Alison Campbell (Jeff Thomas) and John "Jay" Howard III (Melanie); his grandchildren, Drew Byers, Emily Byers, Kaitlyn Howard and Sarah Howard; and his brothers, George "Ed" Campbell (Peggy) and John "Lawrence" Campbell (Sandy).
Because of this, he developed the life altering Parkinson's Disease.
