He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Alfred and Martha Elizabeth Mitchem (Bragg); and his sister Mabel. He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Mae Elliott; his wife Mildred Webb; his children, Kyleene, Doug Smith, Beth, Collin Gierke and Harold Mitchem; his grandchildren, Nikki Smith, Jessica, Blake Cheatham, Joshua Gierke, Haley and Ashley Dick; his great grandchildren, EmmaLee Mitchem and Elijah Cheatham; his brother Bud Mitchem; and his stepchildren, Ernie, Lisa, Susie, Tina, Paul, Justin, Shannon, Randy, Dylan, Ryan and Lylli. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
