She was predeceased by: her son Barry Lynn Adams. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Adams (Kathy) of Casper, WY and Dale Adams of Enon, OH; her siblings, Roy Sizemore (Kay) of Vandalia, OH and Betty Mae Doyle of Albuquerque, NM; her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Terry and Vivian "Bibs" Taylor; and also Bob Adams. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and relatives.

Memorial contributions in Carol's honor may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
