He is survived by: his mother Cynthia McCubbin (Robert); his children, Trinity Kohs and Cory; his grandfather John Kirkham Sr.; his sister Stacy Melvin Vandersluijs (Derek); his aunt Karen Anderson (Dave); his nieces and nephews, Myla and Luka; and his close friend Georganna Kriegbaum. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
