It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Zehr Carter (Enon, Ohio), born in New York, New York, who passed away on February 7, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Geza Zehr and Jennie Zehr (Sanko); her son Eddie Carter; and her brother Richard Zehr. She is survived by: her children, Diana Brown (Jeffrey) of Franklin Township, OH, Gloria Palmer (Harry) of Springfield, OH, Susan Tobin (Tony) of West Carrolton, OH, Deborah Frazzoni (Jody) of Bradenton, FL, Kathy O'Bryant (Frank) of Springboro, OH and Andrew Turner (Breann) of Enon, OH; her sister Helen Kelly; and her grandchildren, Alicia Anderson (Dustin), Nicole Jones (Nicholas), Adam Krier (Shelby), Terry Heiland (Kayla), Tony Heiland (Becky), Christopher Heiland, Alex Frazzoni (Jessica), Dominic Frazzoni, Angelina Frazzoni, Ashley Jett, Robert O'Bryant (Rachel), Rachel Bole (John), Emily O'Bryant, Alyssa Turner, Jesse Turner, Julian Turner and Aubree Turner. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
