She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Gilbert and Cappie Gilbert; her husband Larry Fugate; and her siblings, Cager, Steve Gilbert and Mearitta Barber.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Summers (Dennis) and Don Fugate (Jenny); her siblings, Loretta Brooks, Jerry Gilbert (Wanda) and Kenny Gilbert (Barbara); her grandchildren, Brittany and Kasey Fugate; and her great grandchild Liliah Fugate.
