He was predeceased by: his mother Vera Evans (McCardle); his wife Paula; his grandparents, Noah, Lela Anderson, Vernon and Dorothy McCardle; and his brother Gary L. Anderson.
He is survived by: his father David Anderson (Carol); his brothers, Thomas Waller (Rita), David Anderson, Richard Anderson, Brian Anderson (Tracy), Dwain Anderson (Markia) and Steven Evans (Nikki); his sister-in-law Sarah Gerstner (Allen); and his friends, Skip Buerschen (Beth), Andy Gaugh and Donnie Grooms. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Michaels' name to a charity of Donors choice.
