We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2021, at the age of 90, Wilma Hartley of Englewood, Ohio, born in Troy, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell M. Hartley and Jessie J. Hartley (Brown); and her siblings, Doris "Dee" Victor, Lora Lee Whitaker and Ronald Hartley.
She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Wise (Bob) of Troy, Beverly Denlinger of Brookville and Douglas Hartley (Judy) of Troy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
