He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Herbert and Mary Mildred Tolle (Potts); his sisters, Barbara Dennis, Patricia Cox and Mary Martin (Mel); his siblings-in-law, Charles Andes and Kathy Alford; and his parents-in-law, Vernon and Hazel Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Vikki Tolle (Rowland); his sons, Billy Tolle (April), Jeremy Tolle (Mary) and Courtney Tolle (Mindie); his grandchildren, Storm (Carrie), Ryver, Blake, Brycen, Brynnah, Alexis, Mary Morgan, Jayden and Chelia; his great grandchildren, Erahbella, Edelle, Brixlee and Bryxton; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Dennis, Darlene Andes and Jimmy Alford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
