He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Bob" Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Campbell; his siblings, Debra Caupp (Gary) and Bryan Campbell (Sondra); and his friends, Loren Rush (Mark) and March. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton or Rebuilding Together Dayton.
