He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Carol Roth (Steinmetz); his parents, Howard Roth and Margaret Roth (Schutte); his sister Phyllis; his brother-in-law James Brockert; and his brother Terrance "Terry" Roth.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Roth (Daniel Boeh Jr.) of Union and Scott Roth (Chris Vigeant); his grandsons, J. T. Mackay (Shannon Fair) and Drew Mackay; his siblings, Lynda Brendel (Greg) of Beavercreek and Ronald Roth (Deanna) of Xenia; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Roth of Clayton, Carl Steinmetz of Kettering and Thomas Steinmetz (Karen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
