He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rhoades and Margaret Rhoades (Scrafield). He is survived by: his children, Stacy Perks (Dave) of Springfield and Dustin Rhoades (Pamela) of Columbus; his brother Jeff Rhoades of Phillipsburg, OH; his grandchildren, Mack, Madison, Emma and Halle; and his nephew Matt Rhoades.
