She was predeceased by: her father Lloyd Hoke; her stepfather Elgar Requarth; and her stepbrother Larry Requarth. She is survived by: her husband Charles Northcutt; her mother JoAnne Requarth; her stepchildren, Michael Northcutt, Carrie Northcutt and Tiffany Northcutt; her sisters, Debbie Lindsey (Mike) and Suzie Watne (Eric); and her siblings-in-law, Bill Northcutt (Brenda), Steve Northcutt (Sally) and Betty Dibley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
