He is survived by: his mother LaDonna Smalley (Hammer); his wife Terri Smalley (Kummerer); his children, Chad Richard Smalley (Janice), Jennifer Lynn Smalley and Bobbi Jo Smalley (Brad Gossman); his grandchildren, Kristen Gravitt, Shannon Smalley (Sandra Cox), Sterling Smalley, Rebecca Jo Blanton, D'Erica Smalley, Dennise Smalley and Khayden Smalley; his great grandchildren, Cedar, Serenity, Storm and Onix; his sister Linda Hagerman (Scott); his nephew Jamison Hagerman; and his niece Stacy Baker.
Due to COVID-19 precautions (please wear mask and practice social distancing), there will be a walk-through visitation Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Kindred Funeral Home from 4:00 - 7:00 pm.
