Couch Jr.; and her children, Marsha Cantrell (Couch), Asbel C. "Bo" Couch and Steven W. Couch.
She is survived by: her brother Wallace Lewis; her nieces and nephews, Ronald Couch (Linda), Donald (Chris), Connie Coffey (Steve), Kathy Beach (John), Mary June Ross (David) and Donna Couch (Steve); and her grandchildren, Anna Platte Pantazakos, Jimmy Couch, Donald Couch, Cheryl Metzner, Robbie Cantrell, Constance Combs, Darren Couch, Duke Couch, Stephanie Alvarado, Michael Coffey, Johnny Beach, Steven W. Couch, Dona Couch, Jennifer Buttery, Jessica Jourdan and Julia Lipscomb.
