He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Spurlock and Malta Lee Spurlock (Collett); and his siblings, James Edward Spurlock, Leander Spurlock and Loretta Brewer.
He is survived by: his wife Clynetta F. Spurlock (Moore); his children, Darla Demetriades (David), Crystal McCall (Steven) and Edward Spurlock (Lori); his grandchildren, Alex Demetriades (Madeleine), Nikki Demetriades-Quigley (Belle) and Katie Spurlock; and his sister Joyce Mock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton (324 Wilmington Ave. Dayton, Ohio 45420) for the tremendous care and hospitality that they continuously showed Tom and his family. Keep Roy "Tom"'s legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
