He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Willin and Anna Willin; and his wife Priscilla M. "Percy" Willin. He is survived by: his children, Sherri Terry (Ted) of West Chester, OH, Susan Willin of Centerville and Jeff Willin (Judy) of Dayton; his grandchildren, Stephanie Nichol (Christopher), Wade Willin (Stephanie), Sarah Willin, Jackie Mulay, Dustin Terry (Duanique) and Nick Mulay (Jen); his great grandchildren, Nora and Lucas Willin; and his sister Diane Lindsey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
