He was predeceased by: his brother Rodney Deak; his grandparents, Thomas, Dollie Carter, Steve and Julia Deak; and his niece Annamarie Reser.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Deak (Ball); his daughters, Christina Garverick (Luke), Haley Cooper and Holly Cooper; his grandchildren, Elliott, Nolan, Rowan, August and Brielle; his parents, John Deak and Peggy Deak (Carter); his sister Gina Reser (Richard); and his mother-in-law Anita Ball. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for children.
