He is survived by: his wife Christina; his daughters, Anna Truesdale (Karrie) of Kansas, Libby Greene of Dayton and Allison Zimmerman of California; his grandchildren, Kayleigh (Daniel), Jason, Cooper, Camden, Cecily and Davis; his great grandchildren, Blayden, Ellie and Josephine; his siblings, Fred (Sue), Brian and Linda (RB); and also Shannon Smith (Clayton) of Ohio. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
