He was predeceased by: his parents, Philbert Crews and Ella Crews (McDaniel); his siblings, Roger, Jerry, Lin, Joyce, Aaron and Debbie; and his longtime pastor Brother Larry Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Kaye Crews (Givens); his daughters, Tonya and Tara (Jason); his grandchildren, Tori, Tayler and Jason Jr.; his great grandchildren, Kynlee and Tatum; his siblings, Judy, David, Rick, Rhonda and Rita; and his parents-in-law, Dale and Wanda Givens. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zerkle Funeral Home (11900 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH 45371). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the Forest Hills Memorial Gardens (11890 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH 45371).
