He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Harper (Ingle); his parents, Paul Harper and Elizabeth Harper Sr. (Jenkins); and his siblings, Joan Vitek and Ronald James Harper.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Nancy Harper) and Brian (Teresa Harper); his grandchildren, Jackie Spraley (Sean), Ashley Peck (J. R.), Daniel Harper and Blake Harper; and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Sawyer and Ryleigh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bella Care Hospice or to the Northmont Athletic Department.
