He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Lee and Mildred Bell (Geyer); his parents-in-law, James Kilby Sr. and Eunice Gross; and his brother-in-law James Kilby Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Linda Bell (Kilby); his sons, Chris Bell (Jennifer) and Michael Wilson (Perrin); his grandchildren, Hunter, Brandon, Aleksander, Justin, Lucas and Jaxon; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Clemmons (David) and Kenneth Luther (Barbie) of Tipp City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
