She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Amend (Armstrong) and Ralph Amend; and her brother Howard Amend. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Brooks (Gina Finney) and Denise Campbell (Jack); her grandsons, Austin Campbell (Lauren Payton) and Lucas Brooks (Sarah); her great grandchild Lucy Brooks; and her close friends, Mary Goettemoeller (Jerry) and Betty Treadway. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
