He was predeceased by: his wife Gerry Ann Johnson (Thomas); his parents, Arthur Johnson and Mae Johnson (Rose); his brother Arthur Johnson; and his stepdaughter Cheryl Hooten.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Marshall (Paul) of Englewood; his grandson Jacob Owen Marshall (U. S. Navy); his siblings, Lois Baily of Beavercreek, Marie Yost of Kentucky and Glenn Johnson of Florida; his sister-in-law Arminta Johnson of Beavercreek; his stepdaughter Reva Sawyer (Thomas) of New Carlisle; his stepson-in-law Bob Hooten; and his stepgrandchildren, Clint, Jennifer, Jesse, Amanda, Jeremy "Jay" and Jarrod. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
