We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2023, at the age of 67, Oneida Jewell Tate of Englewood, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnet Williams and Charles Rowland. She is survived by: her husband George Tate III; her children, Kelly Belcher, Scott Streck (Ashley) and Amanda Appleton (Nate); her grandchildren, Scotty, Spencer, Kyla, Allissa and Brie; and her friends, Pam, Dale Livesay and Karen Carr.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Dayton for taking wonderful care of our Angel.
