He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Dorothy and Franklin Hugh Browne Sr.; and his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon, Rusty Herzog and Kerry Bush; his grandchildren, Elorrah Bush, Sydney Herzog, Savannah Herzog, Jacob Herzog, Max Herzog and Maria Herzog; his siblings, Franklin (Barbara Browne) and Margaret Jeanne Sipniewski; and his friend Jim Aydelotte. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Administration (124 W. Apple St., Dayton, OH 45402) in his memory.
