He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Faustman and Jean Symington (Schweitzer); his son Karl W. Faustman; his sister Elsbeth Fitterer; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Cully.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Faustman (Winkler); his children, Victoria Angel, Ray Faustman and Patricia Campbell; his daughter-in-law Isolde Faustman; his grandchildren, Karla (Mark), Josh, Martina (Luciano), Jan and Bryan; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Benito, Emma and Anthony; and his siblings-in-law, Jill and Frank Prochazka. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

If desired, memorial contributions may be made to The Covenant at Sugar Grove or Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
