He is survived by: his wife Marlene Frazier (Delzeith); his children, Joseph "Joe" Frazier Jr., Gina Whitsel (Tom), Steven Frazier and Lora Thompson (Matthew); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Justin Frazier, Raymond, Aaron Whitsel, Zach, Zeke Frazier and Jonas Dailey; and his siblings, Mary Glisson and James Frazier (Joyce). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
