He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edwin and Mary Azile Arthur (Gill); and his siblings, Thomas Arthur and Mary Lou Moser. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Arthur (Bossard); his children, Bradley James Arthur (Sandy) and Tiffany Anne Arthur of Washington, D. C.; his grandchildren, Taylor Arthur, Keegan Arthur, Kaydence Arthur and Adeline Wells; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Alaya; and his nephew Richard Arthur of Marysville. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
