He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandchildren, Jerica, Leo Dash, Nina Clayton, Amanda Clayton and Keara Huebner; his great grandchildren, Cassidy Dash, Leo Dash Jr., Jordan Hicks, Maverick Peruta, London Williamson, Jesse Huebner, Brice Huebner, Hudson Huebner and Ayla Huebner; his daughter Kathy Kaye (Franklin); his son-in-law Bruce Kaye; his wife Janet Louise Franklin (Snell); his parents, William Roy and Fannie Lowe Franklin (Sluder); and his siblings, William Roy Franklin and Fanny Mae Rice (Franklin).
