He is survived by: his wife Anna Provins (Prewitt); his sons-in-law, Wanda Bryant, Ralph Bryant, Dianna Clutter and Tom Clutter; his grandchildren, Anthony Cook (Megan), Nicholas Clutter and Jessica Kunk (Dustin); and his sisters, Mary Evelyn Partin and Susanne Housley.
