It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Franklin E. Stoops of Englewood, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Ira Gilbert; his wife Lois Stoops; his daughter Roxanne Wright; and his siblings, Sharon Kay (Rob), Alice, Richard and Irvin.
He is survived by: his son Russ Stoops (Tammy); his son-in-law Rodney Wright of Brookville; his sister Katherine Jamieson; and his grandchildren, Shalissa, Jordan (Chelsea), Jenny and Taryn. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren, along with other relatives and friends.
