He was predeceased by: his brother Forest; and his wife Phyllis Jean Maggert (Mason). He is survived by: his sister Alice Maggert (Hoover); his children, Rex Maggert (Marcia) of West Milton, Cris Maggert of Union, Darrell Maggert of Union and Theresa Kniess (Rodney) of Ludlow Falls; his grandchildren, Ray Maggert (Jessica Benton) of Ludlow Falls and Shelley Schoen (Carl) of West Milton; and his sister Grace Sanders of Bradford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
