We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2018, at the age of 58, Douglas Hollingsworth (Englewood, Ohio), born in Enon, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Richard Hollingsworth and Dorothy Hollingsworth; his siblings, David Hollingsworth (Becky) and Diane Hollingsworth; his stepsister Linda Mize (Dale); his sister-in-law Becky Dziekan (Faulkner); and his friend Melinda Delaney. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
