She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Daniel and Gladys Marie Surber (Rhoades); her son Jay Lynn Johnson; her parents-in-law, Howard and Wilma Belle Johnson; and her pet Mandy.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Johnson Sr.; her son Gary Johnson (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Donna Johnson of Union; her grandchildren, Matthew Johnson (Ashley), Ashley Johnson and Harley Johnson; and her brother William Surber of Troy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
