She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Southard; and her parents, Colin Orville and Eula Pearl DeSpain (Stinde). She is survived by: her children, Ellen Southard of Englewood, Steven Southard (Earlene) of West Carrollton and Lisa Fuller (Tim) of Englewood; her grandchildren, Meghan (Brandon), Cory (Holly), Kevin (April) and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Isabella, Houston and Kasey; and her siblings, Gail DeSpain (Sue) of Kettering, Colin Robert DeSpain (Ruth Ann) of Enon, Raymond DeSpain (Sallee) and Shirley White. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
