He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Loxley; and his parents, David Loxley and Kathryn Loxley. He is survived by: his children, Lori King (Jeff) of Englewood, Richard Loxley (Randi) of Englewood and Jennifer Sollenberger (Ed) of Conover; and his brothers, Bruce Loxley (Patty) and Fred Loxley. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
