He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice E. Nicholson and Helen E. Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Terry Anne Nicholson; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Heather Nicholson; his daughter Scarlett Nicholson; his grandchildren, Leo and Lily Nicholson; and his brothers, Gary Nicholson (Patricia) of Downers Grove, IL and Lamar Nicholson (Christine) of Yucca Valley, CA..

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Miami Valley Down's Syndrome Association or a charity of one's choice in Dave's memory.
