He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hoffman and Anna Hoffman (Kimmis); and his brother-in-law Charles Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Cathie" Hoffman (Patterson); his daughter Theresa; his son-in-law Christopher Johnson; his siblings, Phillip Hoffman, Mary Anne Quigley (Jim), Joseph Hoffman, Kathy Ruggeri (Sal) and Janet Hoffman; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Lawrence (Don) and Jennie Tharp. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
