He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Sr. Martin and Irene Martin; his brother Floyd Martin Jr.; his wife Verneda Heckman Martin; and his child Gail Martin Garman.
He is survived by: his children, Claudia (Charlie Fugate), Joyce (Larry Pulliam), Brian (Laura Martin) and Tim Garman; and his grandchildren, Martin Simmons, Eric, Bonnie Simmons, Brian, Cynthia Fugate, Adam, April Pulliam, Nathan, Susan Pulliam, Rachel (Garman), Mike McChesney, Kendra (Garman), Bob Herber, Jake, Jenny Lee-Martin, Sarah Martin, Will Patrick, Ben and Makenzie Martin.
