She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude C. Collins and Eva E. Collins (West); her former husband William Beverly; her husband Leroy Perry; her son John C. Beverly; her daughter-in-law Phyllis J. Beverly; her grandson Jacob Karg III; her grandsons-in-law, Terry Dixon and Fred Schneider; her brothers, Dick Collins and Bob Collins; and her half-sister Ima Jean Collins.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Robert Karg (Linda), Rebecca Dixon, Jackie Hoover, Karen Schneider, Janet Karg (Donald Taylor), Forrest "Gene" Karg (Heidi) and Brenda Skaggs (Jeff); and her friend Cindy Vance. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great - great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, & a host of friends.
