We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Charles D. Lewis (Englewood, Ohio). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lewis (Roth); his son Chad Lewis (Brandy) of New Paris; his granddaughters, Katelynn and Casey Lewis; and his sister Rue Furch. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Charles D. and Sally (Henshaw) Lewis and brother: Daniel Lewis. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church or Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
