Kim Williams wrote a sympathy message

“Scott, This is from the OBWC Retiree FB page. I thought you might appreciate it: She beat the odds so many times it's amazing! A few years back, she was told she would never walk again. 6 months later she was using the walker and about ready to kick it to the curb! We were out to lunch one time and saw a woman sitting on the curb outside the restaurant. Her car broke down and she was waiting for someone to pick her up. She didn't have any money so Carolyn gave her enough for gas and bought”

Kim Williams wrote a sympathy message

“I’m heartbroken. From the time we first met in the 80s, I had nothing but respect for Carolyn. When she became my boss several years later, the respect continued. After I changed departments, we just stayed friends. We compared notes on the challenges and rewards of parenting as we had much in common. I enjoyed hearing about her family. She was also generous but most would not have seen her feeding the person stranded in the cold. I’m very sorry for your loss.”

Jim and kinda Heinrich wrote a sympathy message

“I will always remember Carolyn for her amazing intelligence, kind heart and the care she always showed to all she knew. She and I always laughed that no matter what health issues came, her nails were done, her hair was styled and her make up was in place. Jim will miss the kiss on the cheek she always asked him for at the end of each tax season. I know she is rejoicing now with her Lord and savior and we will all see her again in our forever home where there is no suffering, pain or goodbyes.”
