She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Jacobs and Cora Jacobs; and her brothers, Ronald, Robert and Thomas Jacobs.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Abele; and her children, Joey Leach, Cynthia Kuester (Daniel) and Tina Townsend. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Carole's memory to the Vietnam Veteran's of America Chapter 97.
