He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Walker and Mildred Walker (Daniel); his wife Vivian J. Douglas Walker (Palmer); his son Michael Walker; his stepson Charles Douglas; and his sister Glyna Dean.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Bonnie J. Cash of Englewood and John Robert Douglas Jr.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, 10 step great grandchildren, relatives and friends.
