It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Smith of Englewood, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James "Jim" Smith. He is survived by: his mother Gail Smith (Stickel); his wife Paula Smith (Hartman); his children, Zachary P. and Emilee E. Smith; and his sisters, Amy Nemeth (Mike), Leslie Budding and Laura Tobias (Nolan). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pink Ribbon Girls or the Wounded Warrior Project in Andy's memory.
