He is survived by: his children, Dustin Carter of Brookville, OH, Cameron Carter of Brookville, OH, Micah Carter of Englewood, OH, Cindy Bentley (Ronnie) of Wellston, OH, Angie Beckley (Chuck) of Jackson, OH and Doug Dickens of South Webster, OH; his grandchildren, Tye Carter, Olivia Carter, Emma Carter, Mason Woods, Baylee Woods, Tyler Rice, Alyssa Ondera, Brandon Potts, Ashley Anderson, Whitney Franklin and Chase Wicker; and his siblings, Judy, Donna Reese (Rodger Sturgill), Janie Stevens (Chris) and Myron Wisecup (Sandra). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great grandkids and other relatives & friends.
