He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Chase and Pauline Chase (Lilley). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Chase (Rowe) of Houston, TX; his children, Pauline Allen of Empire, Bambie Austin (Chris) of Wellsville, Harry Chase (Nicole) of Wellsville and Michael Keefer (Jesica) of East Liverpool; his grandchildren, Alex Chase, Aythan Keefer, Danny Allen, Christopher Austin, Laura Austin, Safarie Chase, Ayeonna Keefer, Myia Chase and Elektra Chase; his brothers, Paul Chase of Cleveland, OH, Jack Chase of Wellsville, Fred Chase (Sherry) of Irondale, Cecil Chase (Norma) of Toronto, Wayne Chase (Connie) of Empire and Charles Chase of Avella, PA; his half-brothers, George Chase of Washington, PA and Bob Chase of Indiana; and his sisters, Patricia McCourt (David) of Wellsville, Ruth Kirby of Wellsville, Eunice "Neg" Evans of Hammondsville and Rose Blackburn (Jerry) of Irondale.
We strongly suggest that the visitors coming to pay respect to John and his family at the funeral home wear a mask and not linger because of COVID 19 out of respect for John's family.
