She was predeceased by: her parents, Huriah Belcher Sr. and Rosie Mae Belcher; her husband Walter Maxwell Jr.; her siblings, William Belcher, Huriah Belcher Jr., Oscar Lee Belcher and Georgia Perry; her children, Walter Maxwell III, Gloria Maxwell, Daryl Maxwell and Bernard Maxwell; and her son-in-law Leslie Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Ike Maxwell of Elyria, Ohio, Robin Maxwell of California, Darlene Sanders (Robert) of Elyria and Marsha Martin of Lorain, Ohio; and her sister Lola Gay of Birmingham, Alabama. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
